Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Any other scenario will be considered at the sole discretion of Austin Bolo.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition and proof of purchase is required. Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. If you have questions, or wish to initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hello (at) austinbolo (dot) com. Gift cards are not returnable.

Items for return/exchange should be mailed to: Austin Bolo, 4501 Edendale Ct, Austin TX 78756, United States. You are responsible for return shipping costs. USPS First Class Mail with tracking is recommended. Shipping times for returns and exchanges may vary. Austin Bolo cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible for issues related to the return shipping process.

Once your item has been received and inspected, and you're approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is processed and posted. If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account and reach out to your credit card company, and contact your bank to inquire. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, contact hello (at) austinbolo (dot) com.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be sent to the gift giver. Note that the necessity of this process means the gift giver will end up aware of your return.

We're happy to replace items if they arrive damaged. We may require photographic support prior to processing a replacement. If you're replacing a defective item for the same design, the replacement item will differ slightly due to the one-of-a-kind nature of handmade products.
